It only took parts of two consecutive days to replace the windows and sliding glass door in my house. Crew was efficient and professional, and they CLEAND UP AFTER THEMSELVES to the point that my wife "did not bat an eye" when they were finished. The windows are high quality, operate very smoothly, and the soundproofing they provide is (as promised) a substantial upgrade.

I used Krasiva to replace all of the windows in my home. If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would! Everyone from the sales rep who was very knowledgeable and who patiently answered all of my questions to the installation crew and office staff were all top notch. I would recommend using them. You won’t be disappointed!!

Krasiva installed windows for us about 10 years ago. They are as good now as when they first installed them. When we decided to put in a new entry door we had Krasiva install a beautiful custom entry door. The craftsmanship of both the door and the installation was outstanding.

Completely by happenstance, Krasiva knocked on our door when we were getting quotes to see how much it was going to cost to replace our 25-year-old windows. We had constant hot spots, the AC turned on and off all the time because all of the seals on the original Windows had failed, Got hot as soon as AC turned off- our electric bill in the summer was often between $400 and $500. Every single person we interacted with at Krasiva was an absolute pleasure. The office team is phenomenal and very prompt, And the installation team was wonderful as well. They were incredibly kind to my 5-year-old who watched them for 6 hours when they installed the first set of windows. We split the project into two sets, the Western half of the house and the Eastern half of the house done in September of 2024 and April of 2025 respectively. All together we replaced 18 windows and one sliding glass door. Way less expensive than two of the other companies who gave quotes +a transferable lifetime warranty.

I had the majority of the windows done in my house and they?re amazing. The quality of the windows are impressive and they use glass that is better than everyone else?s - even the big names. The installers were super friendly and truly masters of their craft. I would highly recommend Krasiva Windows to anyone.

From the time we made the appointment to the end of the install was one of the best experiences we have had. Tim our sales associate was great. Tim did the heat test on the window. Couldn't believe the difference between the windows we had and the Krasiva window. Tim also explained the warranty and answered all our questions. The install crew worked around my work day, they were very polite and they cleaned up when they were done. We would definitely recommend Krasiva Windows and Doors to all our friends. We definitely made the right choice.
