"I hired Rickey Cheeks based on reviews in home advisor and I was not disappointed. Rickey sat down with me and talked with me and my husband about what we wanted done. He arranged to meet with us at cabinet store, granite dealer and tile stores. Once we made our selections and told him what we wanted. He gave us a quote. Even with a problem that came up along the way he held his price. The only increase he charged us was for some additional work we asked done outside of what was originally planned. Rickey made sure every cabinet was perfect, returned for replacement one that had a very slight defect that I would never have noticed. His employees were great to work with and were just as focused on every little detail. I have an odd shaped kitchen and they cut down a cabinet and custom fitted it so it looks perfect. He helped maximize my storage space. He did a great job with the lighting and installed hidden LED lighting above and below the upper cabinets so all wiring was in the walls and not visible. He stuck to the time frame to complete the job so my house wasnâ t upside down of too long. Every day the employees cleaned up as much mess as possible and put tools out of the way so we could get around the house. He was a little more expensive than a big box store, but included things they didnâ t even mention to me. He included beautiful crown molding and molding at the bottom of the upper cabinets too. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely hire him again if we needed any other remodeling done"

"Direct Remodels performed an outstanding job in reference to my condo remodel (excluding kitchen). The subcontractors were excellent, and the slight problems that occurred were corrected immediately. Itâ s been approximately 10 months since the remodel and a leak occurred in the bathroom vanity main water hot & cold valves. Direct Remodelâ s replaced with the hot and cold water valves immediately without charge. Next year when it comes time for the kitchen to be remodeled, I will definitely have Direct Remodel to perform the job."

"Fred worked with me from the very beginning on removal of old carpeting, preparation of the concrete surface, design and installation of new tile in 3 rooms and a hallway. He went out of his way to ensure that I liked the tile color, size, and pattern, as well as the grout color, and worked closely with a carpenter who was installing sliders abutting the new tile floor. (They match!) Fred provided a lovely solution to the pattern challenge of a circular staircase that came down into the floor he was tiling. Always good to work with. I will use him again when I need tile work done. I can't recommend him highly enough."

I interviewed 3 companies and he was by far the most professional. I was worried because the Tile and Grout was old and very dirty. He assured me it would look new and it does. They did the job by coordinating with a neighbor because I was not in town. They were fast, thorough, neat and cleaned up everything. Then, when they were finished, Matt texted me pictures. I can’t recommend this company enough. I only wish I had more flooring for them to do!!"

"Several Weeks ago, we purchased a New home (well, 20 years old) and knew exactly what we wanted to re-model during the bidding process. We knew we needed to replace the flooring in the entire home with new Tile and re-do two bathroom showers - expand and add new tile. We called several companies to price out the job, both big name companies which I care not mention here for fear of retaliation however both are well known. While thinking about those quotes, we knew we needed to paint the house as well so we contacted Ribbon Painting and Services for a quote for that and during our conversation with them, they said, by the way, Services means we also do Flooring Tile work and bathrooms! We were blindsided by that so we asked for quote. Low and behold, their quote was thousands of dollars cheaper to do the entire job! In 1 case, their quote was more than 10K cheaper! Grant it, they were a little unconventional as we needed to shop for our materials but that gave us the flexibility to find exactly what we wanted and have it delivered to our home. The finished product on both the floor and the bathrooms was great! After inspection, they came back to touch up the little things we found with no hesitation as well. Alex was so easy to work with and so accommodating. Nefti, the lead contractor who came to do the job was very professional. I highly recommend Ribbon and Painting Services to anyone unless youâ re ok with spending thousands of dollars more for the same work. Weâ re really happy with their services! Thanks Alex!
