David was very professional and offered to clean more than we had hired him to do, in that we had a discoloration of our front outdoor step, which he tried to improve with a few different choices of product and cleaning. Our sunroom, which was what we wanted steam cleaned, is back to looking new.

David did a great job cleaning the terrazzo floor in a rental house. He knew what needed to be done and the result exceeded my expectations. His cost was very reasonable and he even came back and did a final polish after other work was completed. I highly recommend David.

David cleaned, polished and sealed our newly laid marble. About 2000 sq ft. Shines and stunning. David had the correct equipment and was timely and professional. Passionate about work. We then hired him to clean and seal porcelain tile outside that was underwater after Helene. Looks fabulous. Definitely will hire again
