You CAN'T TRUST Walter. He said he was a man of faith. I got hit by Hurricane Helene. I had 31 inches of water in my house. I lost everything. I hired Walter to do the dry wall, my bathroom, all inside doors and closet doors, baseboards and crown molding etc. I asked him if he was doing the work. He said "yes". I asked him if he had a license and he said "Yes". This was important to me because he showed me photos of his work. First set of lies. He hired 2 illegal aliens and said that they got picked up by Ice. They did the unskilled labor. Walter ISNT LICENSED and dissolved his LLC. When I saw the tile in my bathroom I cried. It was not done professionally. I called Walter numerous times and he promised to fix it. He never came. He stopped answering my calls. HE DISAPPEARED. I paid him over 22k!! I AM LEFT WITH HIS MESS AND EVERYTHING HAS TO BE REDONE. His addresses are incorrect or PO boxes. He is a professional..a professional scammer.

He told me he was doing the work. He hired illegals that were arrested by Ice. The illegals were not trained to do the work. He left me with poor work and unfinished work. My bathroom walls look like my dog did the work. Of course he collected the money. I thought we had a good relationship but he stoppped responding to my phone calls and texts. All my work has to be redone. I lost a lot of money and many tears. You do not want to be in this situation so do not hire him. He is not honest and does not care.

I contacted Angi for a handyman to install drywall and kitchen cabinets. Angi matched me to Walter Mitchell of Mitchells 1st Solutions. BEWARE!!! This man is a SCAMMER!!! He states he has a License. He Does NOT!!!. My home needs a lot of serious work. Mold Remediation. Mitchell offered me a price to do all repairs needed at a "discounted rate." I asked him if he had a License, He said YES! He drew up a contract for $11,450.07, I signed it. He asked for half up front. I wrote him a check. (Which he cashed immediately on his app.) Never do this! Always pay with a credit card so you're protected from thieves like Mitchell!! He did not have the knowledge or experience for this job. He kept demanding more money from me each time he and his workers came to my home. I paid him $12, 750. for nothing!!! I called back same Mold Test Co. to take air tests again. There was more Mold spores in my home Now, then the first test taken in 2/25! The drywall, cabinets, tile work was Horrible! He Robed

Walter is my new go to professional. Extremely responsible and professional. Keeps you informed every step of the way. Shows up when he is scheduled which is a rarity in Florida. Would definitely hire him again.

The job was done very well and their customer service skills are impeccable would definitely recommend and rehire them to do any other work in my home. Walters work crew was very friendly polite and did the cleanup after the job was done.

Walter and his team on Mitchell's 1st Solutions were very professional. They showed up when they were supposed to, were very polite and respectful, and did a first rate job. The experience was so positive that I hired them to do two more projects which they completed exactly as promised. Some of my neighbors made it a point to tell me they very impressed with what they saw these workers do. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
