The Grout Medic of St. Petersburg

Very professional company. They have done a great job.

We hired the grout medic of St. Petersburg to replace some tiles in our shower as well as clean, repair, and seal the shower floor tile. The cost for the project was reasonable and final outcome excellent. The company provided good communication throughout the process including scheduling and arrival of the technician. The work when completed exceeded our expectations and our shower looks brand new. The technician that performed the work was Yuni Alvarez and we couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of his work. Once again, another success using Angie!

The Grout Medic did a great job from the time Shannon came to estimate and discuss job through the work process. Outstanding customer service and technicians were pleasant and competent. I'd use them again and again. They restored foyer tiles and replaced broken ones, the tile floors on the kitchen and bathroom were restored to original look even though years old and looked bad before tgeir treatment. Priced fair and responsive to extraordinary time schedules.

David Evans was the technician who did the work and if there was a 5+++ rating he would get it! He was very careful to remove the broken tile without breaking or damaging any of the good tiles that were cemented on the other sides. This was very time consuming and he did a fabulous job. He was outstanding and then he laid the new tile very efficiently. The floor now is complete and it looks outstanding! I was so stressed about this job since I only had a few of the original tiles left so it was vital that other tiles didn't get damaged. Now that it is over, I am the happiest person on earth! Thank you David so much for your professional outstanding work!!! Grout Medic should be thrilled that you are on their staff! I also want to thank Shannon and Brandon for setting up my work very quickly. Chris also stopped in at the end of the day to help with setting the tile work. This company is really well run and extremely managed well. Thanks so much for a great experience.
