He was very nice. My floor looks much better, some areas harder to get to still looks dull. Not sure the price matched the results. Wouldn?t hire again.

Joe was very informative when he first contacted me. You always hear about contractors not showing up or not doing a good job. But Joe showed up when he said he would - he even drove from 3 hours away to come do our counters! He did a great job honing and polishing our kitchen countertops as well as sealing our bathroom countertops and even the ones outside. And Joe gave us all the information to take care of our counters. We’re very happy with the job he did.

I recently had my travertine floors, professionally cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Joe was punctual, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about how to take care of natural stone. My floors came back to life! We can not say enough wonderful things about this company. We lost our flooring in the hurricane. But, found out we had terrazzo underneath. Joe is a true craftsman and brought them back to life. Prompt, great communication and he went above and beyond. They are on my Christmas card list!!

Remedy Surface Care renewed our faith in great customer service, incredible workmanship, and a finished product that we are so happy about! They restored our kitchen marble as well as the marble counters in our bathrooms. We inherited marble that was never taken care off, cleaned, or sealed properly. The house was only five years old when we moved. Both Kim and Joe were fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them to maintain our now beautiful marble.

Joe was great . He arrived on time but was not allowed into the development as it was a holiday. He called me and I went out side the development and brought him in my car and he started work. He was industrious and completed the job in a timely and complete manner. I hope to use him again.
