He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

I had a problem with what I believed to be a raccoon coming through my yard and leaving nasty scat. Mitch set up and baited a trap, which he kept in place for 7 days. On the first night we caught a large opossum. Mitch responded and removed the opossum and baited/reset the trap. On the second night we caught a large male raccoon. Mitch again responded, removed the raccoon, baited and and reset the trap. A couple of days went by with nothing caught. Then, on the final night, we caught yet another opossum. Mitch responded and removed the opossum. I am extremely satisfied with Mitch's professionalism and response time. Money well spent, and I would use this service again and recommend to anyone having a problem with critters."

"They are diligent in checking traps and removing "unwanted and destructive" critters. They obviously know their stuf as their success rate to date has been impressive (8 armadillos, 2 raccoons, 2 possums all in 7 weeks!!). We so appreciate Wise Owlâ s honesty and character. We didnâ t have to hire them this time but we have found our new pest service for our rental properties."
