"My previous pool provider didnâ t handle my freeze guard as they should have and one of my pump housings cracked. My freeze guard was working two weeks prior. This company I called and he was out of town and even answered my call. I told him what was going on and he came out a couple days later and looked at everything. His pricing was great! They even installed the new one at 4:00 on a Saturday. Another part had to be replaced as well and he got that taken care of as well! I will refer this company to anyone that has a pool or is wanting to build one!"

This company was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, the immediate response to any of my emails and/or messages, the quality of the work, the professionalism of all of the employees, the courtesy of their workers are all reasons that I felt compelled to write this review. Jason, great guy and took care of every single concern that I had. Justin, very good worker and would let me know every detail of what was going on Paul, just installed a new valve for me and was quick, efficient, and very courteous Poolie quoted the resurfacing of my in ground 22,000 pool as well as replacement of a bad skimmer and gave me the best price of all of the quotes, they did the work fast and efficient, cleaned up after every visit and maintained the pool even after the pool was complete and full of water to make sure all was as I wanted it. I rarely do reviews, in fact, this may be my first unsolicited one I have ever done, but this company has really proved to be a great find, hope you will consider them, I doubt you will be disappointed. "If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. "Chris is amazing! He was the quarterback for the entire project from the sale to the final check being paid. He kept me informed along the way, showed details on specific challenges and was transparent about the costs! The signature pools team was extremely friendly, very professional, and meticulous in their work. Where we had questions, they provided solutions and recommendations. Our specific remodel involved; removal of all the tile and plaster, resetting our Austin, stone coping, installing new tile, building a tanning ledge, complete with bubblers and an umbrella holder, and installing new light fixtures and new pebble tech plaster. We interviewed six different pool companies and signature pools wasn't the cheapest and they were the most expensive. I would consider their pricing excellent when considering the quality of work they do. We are thrilled with the outcome, if this project and would highly recommend Signature Pools to anyone who is looking to remodel their pool."

"Contacted Jose, he came over to look at pool/spa and answered all our questions. We wanted pebble tech finish, tile at upper edge of pool, spa tile redone, and new LED light for both pool and spa. They started on a Thursday, removed three layers of surface material down to the gunite. Friday, they picked up up materials, Saturday they started the project new pebble tech and all new tiles on both spa and pool. They completed the work on Sunday, and followed up with acid wash, and daily, Jose would come by to sweep pool, add chemicals as needed, until project was complete. My wife and I can’t say enough of how our 33,000 gallon pool ended looking like new and prettier. Jose keeps you informed of process and is a very hardworking honest person who delivers a great product and customer support."
