My pool has been sparkling clean ever since. Alex comes every Monday and if he can’t make it, he communicates with me. After each cleaning, I get a report of everything that was done. As an 81-yr old widow, I am loving this and highly recommend their service."

Craig was able to remove the trapped cord and install a new light when other companies wanted to drill through the concrete decking."

"My previous pool provider didnâ t handle my freeze guard as they should have and one of my pump housings cracked. My freeze guard was working two weeks prior. This company I called and he was out of town and even answered my call. I told him what was going on and he came out a couple days later and looked at everything. His pricing was great! They even installed the new one at 4:00 on a Saturday. Another part had to be replaced as well and he got that taken care of as well! I will refer this company to anyone that has a pool or is wanting to build one!"

This company was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, the immediate response to any of my emails and/or messages, the quality of the work, the professionalism of all of the employees, the courtesy of their workers are all reasons that I felt compelled to write this review. Jason, great guy and took care of every single concern that I had. Justin, very good worker and would let me know every detail of what was going on Paul, just installed a new valve for me and was quick, efficient, and very courteous Poolie quoted the resurfacing of my in ground 22,000 pool as well as replacement of a bad skimmer and gave me the best price of all of the quotes, they did the work fast and efficient, cleaned up after every visit and maintained the pool even after the pool was complete and full of water to make sure all was as I wanted it. I rarely do reviews, in fact, this may be my first unsolicited one I have ever done, but this company has really proved to be a great find, hope you will consider them, I doubt you will be disappointed. "This is an update. I would give North Point Pools a Ten if possible. Chris was engaged throughout the reinstallation of my pool pump, filter, heater and control system. There were configuration software issues that Hayward had to become involved with. And Chris stay engaged throughout to make sure the system operated as it was supposed to. He made sure everything was good to go as my family of 20+ was showing up for the 4th of July. Thanks Chris!!!!!"
