We've worked with many contractors. Our experience with Jocema was excellent, a surprising delight. They replaced our deck boards with trex and the result is beautiful. It was clear that they had significant experience working with this material and the team worked together smoothly. The business owner, Jonathon, paid attention to details in implementation AND design. He gave a strong point of view, different from our ingoing presumption, about the unique characteristics of working with the material and made several related design recommendations that resulted in much more beautiful final product than we could have imagined. The were not the least expensive nor the most but feel that we received fantastic value. These guys do good, high quality, no fuss, honest work. We look to working with Jocema again and would do so without hesitation.

Needed new gable vents on the house. Pleasant experience. Fair pricing, good communication, on time performance and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Jocema Home Improvement, LLC to anyone looking for any external home building needs.

Jonathan did a great job addressing the structural issues with ny deck. It is a big deck and the job was pretty involved. They came on time as promised, and did a beautiful job repairing the dormers on the 3rd floor of our house, and painting their new work to match the rest of the house. It was a little on the expensive side, but well worth it for the quality of their work.
