The job was done as agreed. I am very pleased with the work and would hire him again. Anyone wanting their siding repaired should consider him. He was very clear on how the areas that needed fixing were going to get repaired. Everything was taken care of and even a spot I had not previously seen. They do very good work!

We hired Dylan Contractor to replace soffit and gutters on our house. They arrived on time, the work was excellent and the price was also excellent. We appreciated that our property was left perfectly cleaned up when the job was done. Luis was very easy to work and communicate with and his workers were respectful, hardworking. We would highly recommend Dylan Contractor to anyone needing work done.

We worked with Dylan Contractor LLC to fix our wooden siding, paint the house, and install new gutters, and the experience was excellent. Luis, the owner, was not only professional but also friendly, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He kept us updated at every step, and his crew delivered quality work. Additionally, when the work was complete Luis and his team made sure the entire area was thoroughly cleaned, taking extra care to ensure no nails or sharp debris were left anywhere on the property. Everything was finished on time just as he assured us, which made the whole project stress‑free.

I received the estimate in a timely manner. Luis was very pleasant & the estimate was comprehensive and reasonable. The work was scheduled so much quicker than I expected & the day of the job they were right on time & finished in one day. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up. I would recommend Luis to all my friends.

Had our very large deck completely renovated by Luis & his crew from Dylan Contractor LLC. Great work performed, timely and always responsive. We are going to have all the gutters done and interior remodeling on the 2nd floor. After all these years, finally we have a great contractor. Use them and you will be thoroughly enamored by the Quality work they perform.
