"Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home.  Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. "Honest, responsive and reliable. Lincoln was initially hired to replace/repair rotten facia boards . They wrapped the existing boards in aluminum while replacing rotten sections as needed. I requested additional unplanned work to remove siding from bay windows and to repair and paint the underneath trim. Al is quite personable and he made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done. Just to add that Luis, his assistant, is an excellent craftsman.
