I’ve built many houses through the years, and a current Lake home I am doing came at the right time to use Universal for siding the home with Hardi and Cedar Impressions materials. We began the process with Anthony measuring and going over color and style selections. Sam became directly involved when the delivery and work began, and then Marcelo and his crew did the installation. The work began when promised, and finished a half day early, always a good happening. The overall process went well, smooth running and the installations was correct to specs and neatly/professionally done. I would have Universal on more jobs of mine, and have already passed along the contact to do more work in the area.

I did my roofing last year. I also have to replace my whole roof’s plywood. This year have a couple single fall off, Sam, Yasmin & The Team respond very fast and fix within a couple days. Thank you for the company existence & services ✌️😃👍

My wife and I had wanted to re-side our cape cod home in Livingston NJ for the last few years to make the outward appearance commensurate with our interior renovations.  Over the last three years we entertained multiple contractors where quotes ranged from not even a call back to over inflating the job cost. This past July I ran into Universal Roofing Solutions project manager Anthony in a local store wearing a company shirt.  Within 24 hours, he was at my home with company owner Sam to discuss the project.  We walked through the concept, and 24 hours later a bid for the job was presented.  Having seen multiple prior bids Universal was immediately price competitive.  My wife and I signed the contract next day to start the process. Materials were ordered swiftly, and the team organized their subcontractors to complete the sequential work in as little time as possible. Most importantly, Sam, Anthony and project manager Adryan were on site every day coordinating the work and reachable within a moment's notice. In a very short three and a half weeks in August, the Universal team completed the complex plan.  New Pennsylvania fieldstone masonry work at the base of the home was installed first, including a new retaining wall.  A brand new timber tech rear deck was built.  Twelve new windows (including a seven foot wide bow window) were installed.  All new James Hardie siding was installed and a substantial nine by twelve foot front portico completely transformed the front of the home. Large scale reno is inexorably daunting, but the Universal team was communicative throughout the process. Any minor tweaks required or requested were met with prompt action to ensure the project was completed to expectations. We recommend URS for any exterior renovations and thank them for their hard work in completing our vision.

I recently hired Universal to replace roof of my house including detached garage. The process with them is straightforward and pricing is transparent. Worked with Sam on the pricing and scheduling of install. On the day of install, Adrian, Patrick and the crew were prompt to start on time and was thorough and in its work. Clean up was also timely including dumpster removal. Abraham helped clarify addiitional work done on the day of install and the complete work is excellent. Thank you.

The work was completed in one day, the workers were pleasant and the company went above and beyond. The job was explained to me and all of my questions were answered.

Abe was able to come out the same day I requested a quote. He explained the benefits of the Certainteed product and the process very clearly. He also helped with a financing option. He gave me a fair price and my roof annd gutter install was done about 2 weeks later. Adam was my project manager the day of the install. The team was professional and Adam did a thorough job of explaining the issues they found (which were somewhat expected given the age of the house and roof). The roof and gutters look beautiful and they left the job site very clean. They also replaced an old leaking skylight and gave me a good price on that as well. I would definitely recommend them.
