"Denis and his team came in evaluated the leak and worked to find the root cause of the issue. He quickly fixed the damage and advised on different courses of action to take to fix the roof. In the end they fixed the damage from the leak and replaced the back part of my roof. Their estimates were quick and accurate he, they provided pictures through the process and quickly completed both jobs. I would recommend them and use them for future projects."

"Genius Pro Construction replace our roof and installed new gutters. Price was competitive and fair. The team of installers were professional. Our roof has a lot of angles and is steep, I was impressed with the craftsmanship. Also will add that they started and finished the job as committed. I would use them again for other projects."

"We obtained 4 quotes from different roofing contractors. We chose Garden State Roofing and Chimney primarily due to Besi who came out to give my wife and I an estimate. After Besi got on the roof and did some measurements, he put a quote together and we sat down and discussed it in detail. He helped us select a color of the roofing which turned out to be a perfect match we wanted. He said that a large crew would be out within a week and we got a call from the office soon after giving us the exact date. Key to our decision to use Garden State Roofing and Chimney was the quick and helpful response to quote, the competitive price, scope of work and the short time to get the job started and completed compared to other roofers. 10 men in 5 hours stripped the roof, put down a new roof and cleaned up the area. Supplies and a dumpster arrived a day before. Dumpster removed the day after completion. Great job, Great suppliers from a Great and Caring company."

"I needed some parging (cement) removed from a chimney in my master bedroom. After a valiant effort, the 120 year old brick just couldn't stand up to removal so a stucco repair was suggested. It looks great. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service."

"Luis with DylanContractor LLC is very nice but more importantly he was professional, reliable and did an excellent job. He returned my initial call for an estimate, he showed up, answered all my questions and gave me a very fair price for the job. He confirmed with me the night before the job so I didnà ¢à  à  t worry about him showing up. The day of the appointment he was caught in traffic and texted me he was running late and why. He showed up with his brother and did a great job on my roof, cleaned everything up and my roof looks new. My insurance company was very pleased with the results as was I. I would use Luis and Dylan Contractors again . Great job!!!"

"An outstanding company - did all our exterior Reno - LOOK NO FURTHER for Your ROOFING GUTTERS FASCIA MASONRY (installed and built a new chimney) - SIDING REPAIRS replaced our damaged cedar shingles on the house. Preferred NJ has years of experience and it shows!!! My experience was excellent and painless - all completed in a very timely fashion Look no further - Denis and his expert Crew are professional - extremely Skilled- Clean and Punctual! Denis was on the job site daily - complete contact at all times - Our job was extensive: Roofing and resealed our flat room - Fascia covering All new huge gutters to keep the water away! New chimney Replaced cedar shakes - And redid our foundation and applied the stucco! Everything came out beautifully!!! I recommend Denis from Preferred NJ 100% We will hire them again!"

"Fixed & Fair replaced our chimney from the roofline up. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Very happy with professional work by Fixed and Fair. Respectful of property, cleaned up after work was completed, they were very thorough."
