DaBella came in and gave us an incredibly thorough estimate. The sales representative, Craig Brooks, was polite, flexible and very professional. He fought for us during the whole process. There was a hiccup in communication on what products we ordered, and he worked his butt off to get us what we needed/wanted that fit into our family budget. The work crew was just as professional, polite and hard working as the sale representative and it was a pleasure working with them. "We are extremely pleased with Brandon with Fresh Start Home Exteriors and the two roofers/gutter specialists who arrived right on time! Brandon is the optimum professional to call for any roof/gutter problems! From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. Brandon said it was an “easy fix” and we had asked several contractors to remedy it for the past 20 years. We had paid for roofers to replace the wood above the porch’s roof last year due to water damage from the water not draining on the left side. The two specialists, who were efficient, courteous and hard working, cleaned out the full gutter, drained all the water that had accumulated and inserted a new gutter that drained the water away from the house. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Dennis responded very quickly to my need for a relatively small roof repair after other contractors told me it wasn't a big enough job for them to bother with. He was at my house within a couple hours with a temporary patch and returned today to do a full repair, as well as cleaning the gutters and blowing leaves and pine needles off the roof. The quote was reasonable and the work was done at the agreed upon price. As far as I'm concerned, I have my go-to roofing guy."
