DaBella - Bremerton (Roofing)

Made an appointment and Tim Quirk and Shwan came out to inspect outside of house and tell us options. Shawn left and Tei Quirk stayed and presented us with three different plans. They had showed my husband pictures of overhang boards swollen up and he panicked. Tim said if you signed today, I would get extra discount. I usually get three bids because it seems everyone tries to take advantage of us. we signed because pf Tim Quirk/ He answered all questions. gave us his card to call him directly with questions. THEN I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOURT THE REST OF THE CREW, I spoke with Luis what a delight. The crew that came out worked their tails off. Courtois explained when we asked questions. when roof shingles were off saw a 6x36 slit in sub roof repaired for us. Cleaned up I just watched was so amazed and told Luis about it. Luis came out on Saturday and picked up left over supplies and any leftover trash. It was then that I learned he works from his cell phone. Tim came out several time

Shanhon was very clear on price and quality. Any changes were acknowledged and put into affect without additional pricing. The material was delivered in full. Timely and efficient. The terms of the contract were very clear and up to the satisfaction of the customer.

Did exactly what they said they were hung to do. Great roof replacement. Very happy with it

Mike spinale from the tri cities office was really helpful in helping me figure out the right shingles and really helped me get the right pricing and I really like the fact that they offer the golden pledge warranty over at Dabella.

Just do not hire this company. I paid for work that was never completed! This company cannot be trusted.

The DaBella representatives were very responsive. The roofing installer/subcontractor (Heart General Construction) was also very responsive via phone calls to the foreman who then contacted the crew. It was a 2-day job. On the first day I found it frustrating that there was no crew member on site who spoke English to answer questions. But I requested from the foreman and received an English speaking crew chief on the second day so that fixed that frustration. The quality of the work by the roofing crew and the post-installation inspectors was outstanding. Roofing is now very expensive but the combination of the top quality GAF shingles and other features, plus DaBella and Heart personnel delivered an excellent result. A little pricey but worth it in our opinion.

Neither weather nor nolidays stop these people from getting the job done!

Keshun was friendly and straight forward! Pricing and financing were very reasonable. Our roof has not been installed yet. But so far so good!

Pre-work review. DaBella sent their representative to our house (1978 build) after we expressed interest in new siding. Easton was very professional and knowledgeable without high pressure selling tactics. He answered all our questions and spent as much time with us as needed --- no time-crunch decision making. He took pictures of our house and then was able to use advanced software to construct a 3D model of the whole exterior. We then selected siding samples that he had brought and could see using the software what our house would look like with various color choices for siding and trim. We found a combination we liked and we then decided to actually have the work done. We are looking forward to seeing the final installed product and will write another review when the work is done.
