Great experience. I had a horrible year + long mouse problem that was overwhelming. I had terminex out who wanted almost $5,000 to solve the problem. The company Bugout charged me a couple grand to come out for months and just feed them I think. I'm so happy I found Josh from Wildlife life solutions. He was knowledgeable and thorough and solved the problem for a reasonable price. 5 stars. I highly recommend.

Josh came out promptly to capture the bat in my house and afterwards did an inspection inside and outside of my house to apprise me of the best methods for bat exclusion. He did a thorough job of bat proofing my home and it is such a relief to no longer worry about some errant bat getting in and terrifying me.

They sealed all holes and cracks outside of our house where bats could possibly enter. We haven't seen a bat in our basement since this was done.

Re: customer service, Joshual was quick to respond to our initial call and to come to our house. He was also good about getting back to me whenever I reached out to him. He did a great job once he was able to attend to our woodpecker problem, he was too busy to get to our job for six days, which was stressful due to the woodpecker continuing to harm our house. Re: value for money, he did close a couple of extra holes made by the woodpecker without charging us more- but the overall charge still seems a bit high.

Once again, Josh from DMV Wildlife and Pest Solutions is my hero. I unfortunately found a bat in my basement which was trapped in a glue trap. Josh came out, examined my whole house for other bats, and offered some easy suggestions for how to keep another bat from potentially getting in. Luckily this bat was on a solo mission, but this was the second time I have called Josh and he is the best in the business! Very honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone for pest and wildlife issues!
