"When I found out that moisture had accumulated and caused mold growth in my family's small guesthouse, I reached out to 4 companies for estimates, including A1 Mold Remediation (Rami's company). While all were informative and professional, Rami by far offered the best price for the work, a price that my family could afford. His proposal thoroughly laid out what would be done. One thing my Mom and I both liked was that he assured us he oversees everything as the owner of the company and he would always maintain communication with us and the employee he'd send over to do the work. We had just had a negative experience with a different company that dropped communication and stopped responding to calls, so his words were very reassuring. He stayed true to his word and always answered calls or called back promptly. He assured me if I had any questions or doubts about the process, just to ask....On the day that Rami's employee, Tulio, came he removed the moldy floorboards, drywall, and water-stained bathroom ceiling all in just one afternoon, and very neatly too. I expected a huge mess of boards and debris just due to the nature of the work, but everything was very clean cut, no mold in sight, and ready for refurbishing. I am also very reassured by the one-year warranty if mold does show up again for some bizarre reason. We plan to use Rami's company again for replacing the drywall, etc. and returning the room to normal."

"I had a terrific experience with SGF and I cannot say enough about Madeline Fell's professionalism and integrity. I hired SGF to do an asbestos inspection, and Madeline was very helpful working with me to schedule the inspection on short notice (she communicated back and forth with me throughout the weekend), she was extremely transparent with SGF's pricing and she didn't push me to inspect parts of the house where inspection was not needed. I had to cancel the inspection at the last minute (while Madeline was on her way) because the seller of the house I was looking to buy decided he didn't want to allow it. It was within her right to keep all of the 50% retainer I paid for the inspection and I would not have faulted her for it, but Madeline refunded the majority of it to me."
