I cannot emphasize enough the absolute horror that I experienced with this company. Rami Argov came across polite and knowledgeable, but is truly nothing shy of a thief. He will promise you professional work, but unfortunately, due to his absolute lack of concept of the definition, affords you only utter disappointment for falling prey to nothing other than a con. BTW, he also claims to be a GC. He left our job midway, but not before asking for more money. He left our home completely turned upside down. It's easier to movein to a home than to deal with the utter disaster He has left our home. I URGE YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE OR BE READY TO SUE HIM FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT. I should have taken heed to the negative reviews. owner over promises to get your business, makes you feel false confidence that he is 99% certain insurance will take care of claim in order to get you to agree to his extremely high prices and backtracks later on with everything that was said. prices are super steep and he says insurances will pay it back so dont worry about his high prices, if you put a claim in first it will take a long time to get approved. first contract said 'remove mold from whole home'. after a half days work he almost doubled the bill to include areas he turned the blind eye to initially he could come back and double dip. then to come back wasnt until days later. and his reconstruction again wasnt untill days later. it was a long process. owner is very nice and knows how to talk you into doing business and tell you everything is going to be ok. now he took almost $10k to peel up some baseboards, razor blade out some dry wall, pull up some vinyl floor, wipe some surfaces down. labor i could have paid $100 a day for..maybe a few hundred total. but he insisted on the high price when he knew he could talk me into it because i had 'mold coverage insruance' for 10k i showed him his eyes lit up and talked me into doing the job, promising we can even get extra money for the reconstruction to replace everything touched by the damage. when the job was finished i asked can i get that special 'insurance jargon' paper and he said oh thats going to be extra we have to bring in another company and pay them x amount of dollars to do that. another misleading promise made before job started, and i can name more. well here i am about $17k out of pocket, with a denied claim when on the front end it was made to seem like roses and butterflies with a high certainty of reimbursement. as job progressed bill went up and confidence went down when he got my $
