they where very professional and they very very clean in there work, they cleaned up any mess that was created by the job. very happy with there workmanship.

This team is excellent. They solved the problem right away and gave me peace of mind. They were very responsive and worked with my schedule .

There were a few issues I had with this company. Rami promised to include cleaning my A/C coils, which was a problem getting done. The technician didn't know anything about doing that portion of the job. He wanted to take pictures and not do the actual cleaning of the coils. The technician missed a huge portion of the treatment area. After he left the first day, I contacted Rami to let him know of the area missed. The next day the tech did not bring the chemicals needed to complete the day 1 part of the job. There was also a problem with the scheduling. When I gave the deposit he scheduled me for for Thursday and Friday. After the work was done on Thursday, the tech told me he couldn't come back until Monday. I had already taken time off from work to be here the two days we agreed upon. He gave no notice that this schedule could not be kept. Overall, I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I was skeptic at first because Rami was a bit pushy and did not give me time to talk , I thought he was just about the money but he came through as a professional with his one worker . His guy was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with his job and overall I end up giving them a five star , great guyâ s friendly and knowledgeable, he also assured me to call if I have any problems with his work.

If I could give Mr. Rami 20 stars I most definitely would. He really cares about educating people on the seriousness of the health effects mold can do, which many people take for granted or just don't know. And that means a lot to me, information is key especially when dealing in matters that affect your health. So thank you Rami. You're the best and truly special. Lea

Responsiveness

Rami and Toolio did a great job with mold removal and the subsequent remodeling. They were extra careful and patient with my father who has early stage dementia. I would recommend A1, very honest!
