Failed Remediation and Unprofessional Conduct I hired A1 Mold (formerly Zotz International / Mold Finders), operated by Rami Argov, to remediate mold and mycotoxins in my condo. I was assured by Tami they were qualified, and while I was in the ICU, Rami promised to ?treat my home like family.? The results were the opposite. Only one worker came for about six hours. Afterward my home was left in poor condition?dust, debris, and contaminated materials everywhere. Containment barriers failed, no dehumidifier, and air scrubbers weren?t vented. A mold-stained drywall panel from the AC unit was left on the floor. When I questioned the work, Mr. Argov left angry voicemails. A licensed third-party inspector issued a Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) report on Oct 29 2025, concluding: FAILED TO ACHIEVE CLEARANCE ? Containment compromised, filtration failed, contamination remained. This verified report proves the work did not meet professional standards. I urge others to verify licenses,

The property is a single family residence which had been empty for over a year. The prospective occupant had a critical problem - he has 52 antique music boxes worth $ 400,000. We wanted to be sure we did not have a problem. We entered the property to find the thermostat set at 70 , but, the temp inside was 90 because the fuze switch for A/C was off. That set man urgent requirement for a mildew report. A-1 responded promptly and we were ver impressed with their experience.
