The entire organization from the owner to scheduler were wonderful. The window washers arrived at expected time and were polite and courteous. They worked diligently around 3 adults, 3 children, 2 cats, and one dog. Their work was excellent. I would highly recommend this service.

Super professional. A team of polite, pleasant and efficient workers descended on the house. They took about five minutes to assess and plan their actions and then they got to work. Meticulous, worked beyond the estimated mandate and did the right things.

Really nice guys here doing the work. Felt really comfortable having them in my home. The issue i have is they left dirt on my inside silks and floors. Some of the windows still have some streaks and corners that need to be touched up. I don't feel as if I should have to clean up after a cleaning. They canceled on me the day they were supposed to come the first time and they were late the second time without calling

Window Genie pressure washed my 2 story Brick and siding home. The Techs arrived on time, asked me about problem areas and special concerns. They did a quick safety walk around, asking me to close a few open windows, then got to work. Now the really ugly drip marks from the gutters are gone, and so is the mold on the shady side of the house. I am very pleased with the job done by Window Genie, and believe the price was very fair.
