Sylvain made my closet stronger after the shelf and hanger poles collapsed. He used stronger pine wood replacing the press board that wasn't strong enough to hang my clothes. My house was recently constructed by Pulte Homes in 2022, and they should be ashamed of themselves using less than par materials in the primary bedroom's closet.

I needed a door, framework, and drywall for my room. It was done very well! You can barely tell there was a hole in the wall. The communication and patience was wonderful and he even gave us recommendations for other work we need done in the home. I loved working with them and will come back if needed.

Sylvain Bellmare and his helpers repaired our roof tiles. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional and very friendly. We really appreciate both of them fixing our roof quickly.

Project completed very satisfactorily on a timely manner. Sylvain and his assistance Robin are highly professional and delightful workers. They demo and replaced old patio deck steps front and back and added a 3rd room to my Mobil home on a golf course. After the job is done, they left the work place very clean. We did base board in the entire house. Super easy to work with. They were great.

Working with Sylvain was a great experience. He was so responsive, even before the project started, and very knowledgeable about everything. Everyone that worked on the project was so nice, experts at their trades and respectful to our home. Our main goal when starting our renovation was to investigate a plumbing issue and he was able to locate the problem and fix it so we can actually enjoy our bathroom, which we are very grateful for. We will definitely be using him for any other renovations we do to our house!

Prompt response to my e-mail inquiry. Prompt scheduling of an on-site evaluation and discussion of my construction goals. A work plan, final cost, and work schedule was submitted to me on the same day. Work began and was completed within days of my initial inquiry. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and the work site was left tidy.

The Bel-Mar Team was fantastic to work with, they always started the day with being on time and ready to get the project started. The project was done to my expectation and more.
