"I was very impressed by Superior Rain Gutters. First, they answer their phone. Second, when they came out they spend lots of time with my wife and I answering questions. They had examples of their product and described how the install happened. I was very impressed. There was a small issue when a down spout was installed in a incorrect location (we were not present for most of the work). With a quick phone call though, the team was back out shortly and corrected the issue. They are extremely customer service oriented and made it obvious that we mattered.
