MAD Roofing

Intensely unprofessional company. Do not work with them! Not only did they take an inordinate amount of time to get the work done, have zero internal communication, blame shift onto other employees, show up and start pulling apart the roof with no appointment, ETC., but after the hellish nightmare of getting the work done, they decided to charge me a THOUSAND dollars more than we agreed to. They had sent what they claimed was an "updated agreement" that was actually documentation to ADD more money to the agreed upon cost. Sneaky and very dishonest. They treated me with the utmost disrespect when I tried to discuss it with them, and when I finally decided there was no point, that they would continue to merrily treat me like trash no matter what I did, I paid the extra bill just to be done with it. However, joy of all joys, next thing I know, I'm getting threats (calls, texts, emails) that they'll be putting a lean on my house if I don't pay them. All has been paid. Even the charges I never agreed to. More blame-shifting and belittling when I tried to talk to them abut it. Honestly so exhausted and sick of it. I just hope I never hear from them again. RUN AWAY. Find someone else to work with.

We definitely chose the right company! We were pleased with the company from start to finished. Matt and Conrad were very polite and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. The roofing team did a fabulous job cleaning up the worksite when they were finished and were very respectful of our home and property. Our roof looks beautiful and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Mad Roofing did a great job. We were swindled by another roofing company and Mad Roofing came in and finished the house, as well as a detached garage in one day. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, knowing what a horrible experience we had just gone thru. They were reasonably priced and payment was not due until the roof was finished, inspected and we were happy with their work. The roof looks great. Conrad and Matt are easy to work with and kept in touch with us every step of the way. I highly recommend MAD Roofing.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with MAD Roofing. The sales people were prompt and gave me a very reasonable bid. The installers were on time and did an excellent job.

Matt and Conrad are very friendly and professional. They were with me on the job from start to finish. Their bid to reroof came in lowest but included all the quality of the other bids and needed upgrades. Then their crew came and did the job in one day no fuss. I have solar panels but it was not a problem for them. They have professionals who took care of that part of the job as well. Since then, even with all the rainy and snowy weather, not a drop of it has come inside. (Before they reroofed my house, there were several problems...)
