Write a ReviewMy job was complicated but good result
We are devastated 100% and will never recommend this company. Our house has been torn up as we've been living in our kitchen downstairs as our living room has been torn out as they were fixing the middle center beam wall and ran into complications with air ducts. The they halted the project to try to figure out what they could do next on March 29th. It became extreme lack of communication and no responses after we had were no showed two weeks in a row by their manager who is coming to tell us the next step of what they thought we could do. As we left messages on that Monday after the supposed manager no showed us two Saturdays in a row they never called back until we called again and again then it constantly became ghosting from their end. I called two weeks ago,,No one ever called us back. my husband text the manager on Monday and I called this morning and talked to a woman as she submitted all this. I feel like we have been more than patient as we have been living since the end of March with no living room and living in our bedrooms upstairs and only in our kitchen. They are supposedly a family, caring and ran business and obviously are none of these. We are mind blown and left hanging as they did not respond when I called this morning and submitted all of these details but to only send an email this evening saying they cannot do this project anymore as we just mailed in a check to start this part of the project again as we've already paid a huge amount for the other part, they are extremely unprofessional, negligence to the extreme. I cannot even believe this and we have no clue what to do next as our house is torn up and they ditched us! We never fathomed to be in the stance after spending a very big amount of money at the start of this. Now we are left just hanging and they could not even have the decency to respond to the text messages and phone calls and now to send an email and not even call and explain things extremely,, unprofessional, uncalled for and we are now feeling lost after 3 months of waiting. I cannot even believe looking at their website for what they say, and how they truly do business,, there is definitely no guarantee and they do not care at all obviously.
Completed project on time
Sales and service were excellent although the job was not completed on the date as promised. Was told the delay was due to a problem securing the permit however I was able to verify by a call to our village that the permit had been faxed to the company prior to the original work date. My only real disappointment was that when the Company replaced three window wells it did not include providing the covers.
it was ok
They quoted me $2000 to raise a concrete step. Doug came and measured the project and charged $1000 up front. Now I am getting emails from them for $2000. I called them and said I had a question about the bill. Then I kept getting transferred from phone to phone. I finally got to a phone to leave a message. They have not returned my call. The crew came and leveled the step. The step has started to sink on one side by 3/8". so far. I will not be hiring them again.
Extremely happy with the sales, service and result! My basement is dry after years of leaking. Corey B was great! He answered all my questions and was very thorough about the explaining the process. The installation team communicated prior to their arrival, started work immediately and finished in record time. I assumed there would be dust everywhere-but the area was clean! So happy I went with AccuLevel.
The process was very easy from start to finish.
Authentic and clear about what needs to be done and how to do it.
We had Acculevel investigate a region of moist soil in our crawl space and the replacement of some damaged sill plate. Denver Drake was the representative assigned to our project and he was fantastic. He was responsive, informative, and polite. Overall it was a great experience working with Denver and Acculevel.
