Mike & his assistant were very professional. They arrived promptly, assessed the job, aquired needed materials and then completed the installation of new toilets in vintage bathrooms efficiently. Tenants are very satisfied and appreciated the concern shown for their possessions in the bathrooms that had to be moved and for the cleanliness of the rooms when the job was completed.

Very personable and honest!!! Which you never get from there big Corp. Ozzy is just a kind and genuine person who almost feels like you've been cool forever lol! He quickly assessed my kitchen sink found the problem fixed it then did almost a inspection of the rest of My home just to make sure everything was working!!! Ozzie was knowledgeable and didn't mind ensuring I understood exactly what needed repaired before proceeding with my drain job. He provided recommendations and ensured I knew what repairs were urgent and which repairs I could plan for future repair. Definitely recommend to anyone that's looking for a knowledgeable professional to get the job done. He made sure I saw the work he performed via camera; he even gave me feedback on work that was performed that requires update. So helpful and professional!
