Rob from Ready Cut Carpets delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. I initially submitted a request through Angie, and Rob responded almost immediately. He quickly scheduled a time to come by, assess the space, and walk through everything with me in person. During the visit, we reviewed the room together, selected colors, and he offered thoughtful recommendations on layout and positioning based on my vision. He really took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and added valuable insight along the way. We handled the partial payment on the spot, and he was ready to move forward the very next week. I ended up pushing it out one additional week due to my schedule, but his flexibility was much appreciated. When it came time for installation, Rob’s associate was just as impressive—extremely polite, respectful, and professional. To begin the project, the owner came to our house (on short notice) with samples. Measurements were taken and after we selected the carpet we wanted we were given a price quote and a date/time for the install. The installation team showed up just when they said they would and got right to work. They carpeted a stair case, our upstairs hall and had to work around a piano in our den. After the job was finished, the space was cleaned up and all of the waste was carted away. The team was pleasant, worked quickly and did a good job. We are happy with our results. The whole process was made easy for us! We would use Redi-cut again.

Larry was very diligent and understanding of our expectations when choosing the type of carpet we needed. He took time to answer our questions and discuss value and prices. The technicians that installed the carpet in our basement, Matias and his assistant, were very professional and punctual. The carpet was installed in half a day. A nice team who make sure that everything was perfect. The carpet looks awesome and we are very happy with the results.
