"Randy and Sean of Carpet Masters of California were professional, proficient, prompt and courteous. The floor of my mobile home had developed an uneven area under the carpet that was a tripping hazard. I called them to lift the carpet so the cause could be determined. There was a one inch wide gap, and the side closest to my office was one inch lower than the other side. The gap continued the entire length of the house, varying in width and depth. This repair involved removing carpet at two doorways, a hallway, and the entire length of the junction between the kitchen and living room. Based on his extensive experience, Randy devised a plan to fill the gap securely and fix the change in level. He and Sean accomplished this carefully and efficiently, vacuumed the gap as they worked, replaced the pad and carpeting, re-taped as needed and restored it to its original condition. "There are so many great things I can say about Inter-Urban Flooring. But, the first word that comes to mind about Carlos and Eduardo’s and their team is prompt, professional, and courteous! Their customer service is out standing!!! I had a dog for 8 years but realized after taking allergy shots and various allergy medications for years besides many expensive trips to my doctor's office sadly I had to find a new home for my pooch, I was allergy! After finding my dog a home I was constantly cleaning my soiled carpet every six weeks. The pet stains from my dog’s urine had seeped into the padding and it would always resurface. So I decided to have my carpet replaced. Once I made the decision to remove my soiled Carpet. I discovered a beautiful but dirty surprise underneath. I had what most homeowners pay thousands of dollars for; original oak pines floors were revealed. Carlos was very concerned about my Mom’s health and the dust getting in her lungs doing the cleaning, sanding and finishing process. They drove form Lancaster to Inglewood just so I could test out the water base products to make sure my Mom would be ok. At the moment I knew I’d made the right choice to hire Inter-Urban flooring. "We are more than pleased with the job Steve did on our hardwood floors. He came to our rescue after the contractor we hired to install new flooring completely botched the finishing due to a complete lack of communication. Steve was the only person I could find that uses penetrating oil as a finish instead of polyurethane and the result is phenomenal! Steve not only fixed the terrible job the previous contractor did on our new flooring but he also color matched our existing flooring to the new floor just perfectly. He also redid our step down into the family room after the first guy totally ruined it and flawlessly patched the hole where a 1950s floor furnace once was. Steve was very professional and understood exactly how we wanted our floors to look when others had no clue.
