From the first meeting, Rich laid out a clear and reasonably priced plan of action, and took his time answering our questions. This project took much longer than we thought due to foundation issues, which significantly extended the timeline and scope of the work, but Rich never made us feel rushed. He even lent one of his tools to help us determine when the hardwood was ready to be installed. We are already contracting Rich again to help replace and paint some of the walls where the floor was replaced, and we'll certainly reach out whenever we are in need of his services. "Francis and his colleague were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, thorough, communicative, and knowledgeable and remained so throughout the entire process--from initiation of contact through completion of the project. I work in the construction and design industry and have worked with numerous vendors over the past several years, and by far, I received the most impeccable service from Francis and his colleague. Francis called me less than an hour after I submitted my information on Angieâ  s List and took the time to fully understand my flooring needs. He then asked for my availability and worked with my schedule so we could set up a time to get the job done. On the morning of, Francis arrived prompt and on time, letting me know in advance that he was minutes away and even waited an additional ten minutes for me to open the door. When he and his colleague arrived, they brought in their equipment, connected to my power box and put up plastic to make sure the dust didn't escape the room, while continually making sure the area was secure. They also paused for a little while as I took an important business call. I was scheduled to do one room, which takes two days for drying and finishing purposes, but was so pleased with the finished product (it wasn't the original plan color-wise but it looked so good), I decided to get the other two rooms done as well. When this room was finished, Francis waited 15 minutes, as I got the payment situated. For the additional rooms, I was offered a very fair and reasonable price and following the same process as before he and his colleague were able to schedule it quickly. This time, Francis had to make a change to the schedule for an urgent matter and with good reason and informed me of this in advance so we made a change to the schedule as needed. The day of, he again arrived prompt and on time. This time around, furniture needed to be moved, a lot of it, two rooms worth, and Francis and his colleague got it done. They were so good with moving the furniture; I wanted to call them and pay them extra to move it back. I'm still wondering how they got my sofa through the small door. They also made sure I stayed connected to wifi since I was working from home. Anyway, they worked on the second two rooms, and again were prompt, professional and quick. I felt comfortable with them in my home and left for an hour while they continued to work. I was a little slow returning and Francis called me to let me know, they were wrapping up, waiting five minutes until I came back. Everything was exactly where I left it. On the second day, they came back to finish the job and were quick, courteous and friendly. Before they left, I made the payment (this time I was prepared) and it was done. Throughout the flooring process, I felt comfortable. Francis and his colleague are very down to earth and it felt like good old-fashioned workmanship without all the thrills and frills and gimmicks. It was so simple and affordable. Grade A Flooring has the best prices and craftsmanship ever, and I am sure the business will continue to grow. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.
