Nurijon communicates well whether it was directly with me, my wife, or other contractor - he even entertained my son briefly! What a value add! I absolutely cannot stress how incredibly talented he is and he cleans up as if he were never there - fascinating approach. He's clean cut, well spoken, explains things in common lay person language and advises while consulting. I simply cannot wait for our future project this summer to have him back and install (3) ceiling fans and (12) LED flush mounted can-less light fixtures in my (3) bedrooms. We checked Home Advisor and got 3 estimates & John Gambino was the most reasonable. Bill, our electrician, arrived on time and could not have been more personable. He took his time making sure everything was installed exactly as we wanted. He even took time to address some issues-a faulty outlet and a garbage disposal on the fritz-that were not part of the deal. He made sure we were satisfied at every step of the work and insisted on dumping the garbage and vacuuming up after the work!! (Even though we told him we would be happy to take care of it ourselves.) Everyone knows the stresses of moving from one State to another, but we can honestly say of all the people we dealt with (RE Agents, lawyers, movers, etc.) this was the most convenient, professional and even pleasurable interaction we have had. We cannot recommend John Gambino Electric highly enough, and if possible request BILL, you absolutely will be glad you did!!!"

"We just want to say thank you for the beyond amazing service that we received from office staff and even more the gentleman that installed our new water softener system with reverse osmosis, uv light and a tankless hot water heater . Mike and Forest where amazing, knowledgeable and kind. Mike helped move some things around in the basement because I didnâ t have it done in time. They are a great team and work really well with each other. We had made them sweet Italian sausage for lunch. We noticed a water leak after they left l. Mike was so amazing and drove from Albany to fix it for us on his way home for the night. I had some chili cooking and gave him some. Mike even cleaned the water of the basement floor. Way more above and beyond than he needed too. Truly amazing. My family would like to say that Mike and Forest are a rare kind of people who just care and will go above and beyond for the people they help to have a better quality of life. We had moved in to take care of our nanny and her water system was no longer working and a week before the install the hot water heater went after 30 years. We recently updated appliances and we needed to protect our investment from the hard water. We absolutely love the reverse osmosis and are drinking the water so much we run out of drinking water lol. We will eventually upgrade to a dual holding tank for drinking water. For now we can make due with what we have. We were spending about $150 sometimes more in water a month for cooking and drinking purposes now we will see the savings in roughly 6 years just for not buying water anymore. With the tankless hot water heater it is too soon to see the savings yet we have a propane system living in the country and we are trying to reduce electric consumption. Gas is cheaper than electric for the usage we have we estimate that we will save around $80 additionally per month with the tankless hot water system. With that added into the equation we estimate about 4.5 years and we will have our return on our initial investment. Our next project will be a generator from this company. We lose electricity a few times a year and with nannyâ s health itâ s not acceptable in todayâ s society. Again thank you Mike and Forest the office ladyâ s weâ re very helpful on this process with us as well."

"Haller removed an old ac system and replaced it with a heat pump. The work included installing an additional return in the family room (split level home) to return air from the lowest point in the house. The crew was knowledgable, their work was neat, and they cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was completed in 2 days and the new Carrier system works great so far. Looking forward to see how it performs next fall and winter."
