Comment: We had a fire in the finished basement in January. Property Medics and Frsteam demoed and cleaned everything. We are ready to build. We no longer wis to do business with property medics. THe new HVAC has been installed. We need lvp flooring, insulation and sheetrock walls, install lighting and electric for 2 oversized basement room. We alos need you to create an estimate for the insurance company. THe insurance company has already sent the adjuster and now we just need a construction complany to complete this job. Property Medics sealed it but still smells of smoke. Perhaps another coating of sealer needs to be done. We are ready and anxious to get started with a reliable, liscensed company willing to work with insurance. In addition, since we are doing all of this work, we would like to build a bathroom in which a pump would need to be installed. There has never been a bathroom down there. This bathroom will be out of our pockets.
