When I told him of some "abnormalities" in the looks of the carpet, he drove back out and proceeded to use a dry method on the questionable areas of the carpet. He called me back afterwards and said he was glad that I called him and had him back out because the wet-clean did not complete the way he envisioned. (My carpet was heavily stained). "We needed our deck redone so it is all one level and a new patio/deck cover installed. This was not an easy task because they had to raise portions of the deck and run the boards in one direction. All of this with using only the existing decking. They did an amazing job and the deck is actually more solid now than before. They did everything we asked of them and then some. The patio/deck cover is top notch. It is a 16 foot by 30 foot cover so it is not something small. They used joist hangers and hurricane braces so this cover/awning will never move. There are a lot of words there to say that we would absolutely hire this company again. The whole crew is professional, experienced and customer friendly. Amazing work. Thank you."

He had cleaned up all the leftover residue explaining if there was any further movement in the work there was a five year warranty and he would return to correct it at no additional cost."
