My mom is selling her condo and needed her shower repaired. Her realtor recommended VPR. After we read all the five star reviews our expectations were high. Those expectations were actually exceeded. The shower looked great and the team provided timely communication throughout the project. As a bonus they also had the lowest bid. So if you want quality work with a friendly team at a great price VPR is the place to go!

I would not hesitate to recommend or rehire Waldo and his family. They provided friendly, fast, and great quality service. I had a number of items on my punch list before selling my house -- odd items which would have required numerous "specialists". Waldo and his family punched them all out at a TREMENDOUS price (to the point where I had to tip because I didn't feel they charged enough). Here's what they did: ** Cut drywall and repair wood due to two roof leaks (a roofer took care of the outside, Waldo took care of the inside of the house). ** Paint an entire two room ceiling. ** Paint a 15-20 foot long half wall in the kitchen. ** Install 3 rooms of carpeting, including one incredibly odd shaped closet. ** Remove outdoor fans. I'm sure I probably forgot something, but I was very happy with the quality of work done, and I will absolutely use them again.

Just be clear of what you want

This is a family business and everyone worked very hard and took much pride in the quality of the finish. Osvaldo is honest and I trusted him in my home, while I was not there. Overall, probably the best experience I have had with a contractor in my home.

Amazing service they were able to accommodate our time frame, they did an amazing job removing the wallpaper border that we had in our home. Great job and great value. Definitely would use again!
