"Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken. "Jason at Garage Force was able to get my floor completed in time for my family to come visit even after testing for too high of a moisture content. His team was able to lay down a water sealant first for the relatively freshly poured concrete and then apply the polyurea coating. The fact that installation could be completed all in one day was great as well. The finished floor looks really good and the full chip and clear coat provide good traction."
