He has also planted trees for me and goes above and beyond in doing extra projects as needed as well. They are very friendly and respectful of my property. He is very trustworthy. I give him the key to my yard. They all have their uniforms on making easy for me to identify them. They are also detail oriented and very careful of my lawn. They use the correct equipment based on the yard conditions."

"Great experience. We had washout area under the concrete surrounding our pool. Tarheel came out to review our project and gave us an estimate for injecting foam to raise our concrete that had fallen and also fill in gaps underneath that had washed out. Once we hired them, we got on their schedule. They sent reminders for our appointment, called the day they were coming to let us know when they would arrive. Tarheel performed the work, left our site clean. We are very happy with the service from beginning to end."

They accomplished the job of removing 2 big trees in my backyard that were leaning towards the house very skillfully without any damage. They efficiently hauled the logs and cleaned up the yard. "This guy was great. He tuck pointed a front porch on our 1960's home and re-surfaced the top of the porch with flagstone that he let us pick out. He did charge an extra $30 to remove the debris (old concrete top and some sand) but that was no big deal."

"Regional did a good job installing a supplemental support beam in my crawlspace where the foundation had pulled away from the ground-floor joists. Of the three companies I contacted Regional proposed the right (IMO) solution at the best price, if only by a small margin. The problem area was a 1904 structure and Bill Shay, the Regional salesman, was very knowledgeable in those construction methods, especially thorough in his inspection, and he delivered a very prompt proposal with options. I had decided to use a competitor until I saw Bill's expertise and proposal. The installers (Leonard and Chris) were courteous and professional throughout, something I never manage after working in my own crawlspace. The Regional proposal included an engineering evaluation, which was disappointing to me. Those engineers are remote (in Seattle) and use a local field agent to collect data. Apparently, the engineers did not really understand the root problem or the 19th century construction methods (balloon framing and a stacked-stone foundation). They approved the Regional's recommended solution but made optional recommendations that were "off the mark" IMO. Still, t heir recommendations may have been fine for modern (post about 1950) structures. The work was completed yesterday but I'm a happy customer at this point."

They show up when they say, and deliver what was promised. They protect your property by covering with plastic where necessary, and laying down boards to protect the lawn. The finished patios stamping, texturing, and coloring of the concrete makes it look like stone. It really looks awesome!"
