"It was our great luck to find Footprints Floors and Shawna. Our dishwasher leaked and we needed to replace our kitchen laminate floor. Based on good online reviews we decided to contact Shawna. She was very kind and understanding about our dilemma, set up a visit for two days later, came to our home at the scheduled time, and did the measurement and assessment. While she was here we realized Footprints Floors was the right choice â even before getting the very fair estimateâ and feel that we made a friend. Shawna is pleasant, professional, and fun! She scheduled the work within a very appropriate time frame and arrived promptly that day with her expert installer, Luis. The two of them consulted for a few minutes and Luis got started. We could go on for pages about how experienced, efficient, hard working, and easy-going Luis was. All floors have odd angles but nothing bothered him. He said â all problems have solutionsâ and made everything turn out perfectly. We were constantly amazed at how expertly he worked. "I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"
