"Patrick and his team are great. They tore out an old asphalt garage floor and poured a new cement floor. They also poured a large concrete slab for RV parking and walk way that wraps around the house. Their work is high quality, everything is sloped well and leveled to match the existing structures like AC unit and crawlspace entrance. After a week there was a small area that had issues and Patrick agreed to repair it. I will use them for future projects."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"My husband and I are so impressed with Ruben and his crew. We hired them to build our retaining walls and landscape the front yard of our new build and put sprinklers and lawn in the back. We gave him a photo of the look and feel we were going for and let him have at it. When we came back to see the finished front yard, we were so impressed that we hired them to go ahead and landscape the backyard as well instead of just doing the sprinklers and lawn. "Great service from everyone who was a part of the project from quoting to scheduling to performing the work. These guys are so professional. They even put down a protective barrier in our garage to keep it clean. it is cement floor and not a concern but they took the time to make sure they went above and beyond!"

"We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
