He was courteous and did an excellent job explaining the helical piers capabilities and installation process and answered all my questions. He did not try to push extra installations on me, but I feel just what he thought would more than sufficiently do the job. Neil, the project superintendent, also arrived right on time for the pre-installation visit, was also courteous and thoroughly answered my questions. The two days of pier installation went very well. The installers, Luis & Fabian, worked diligently, treated my lawn and landscaping with care (using plywood under the mini at all times), and were always courteous. They seemed very experienced with the pier installation and were very proficient with the installation. They cleaned up after the job, returned the landscaping back to what it was as best they could, and minimized damage to the lawn. All were very professional and the job was well done."
