"I am so grateful that I was able to find Jorge after our house was broken in through the sliding door just before Thanksgiving. He replaced the sliding door the next day I called him. He was actually the only one who prioritized this work to meet our emergency need among the contractors whom I had contacted. He also fixed all the others damaged by the burglars. The price was very reasonable and fair. Jorge is a great pleasure to speak with and knowledgeable. He is very detail-oriented at work, pursing perfection on every detail. He always ensured the job was completely finished without question. "Seci Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was very hard working and professional. Customer service was superb. The owner, Akil Seci, was immediately available to address any concerns that I had.I had a concern about replacing all of the plywood, which was recommended by the crew foreman, Eddie. Our house was built in 1974, and the plywood was 3/8 inch. After some deliberation, I decided to go with the recommendation for 5/8 inch plywood. This is Seci's standard for plywood replacement, which added significant more cost to the project than 1/2 inch plywood, which is what other contractors would have used.The project was projected to be completed in one day, but it ultimately took 3 days. This was due to the plywood replacement.The clean up of our property was excellent. One downside is that the dumpster remained in front of our house for nearly 5 days after the project was completed. "Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. I hired them again for another property to remove, dig up 3 inches of stone powder, and reset in cement on a concrete and rebar base a large blue stone patio and 200 feet of walkways. They were fast and did a great job once again."

"Josh and his crew poured a beautiful concrete patio extension and put in new stair caps and rails on our back steps for us just before Memorial day. He came several times over two days to supervise . The workers were very skilled and did a beautiful job. They dug out and leveled the area. They used reinforced wire mesh and pitched the concrete pad well , so we did not have to worry about rainwater getting into in the house. The rails are sturdy, and the cap stones on the steps were leveled with precision . The rail had caps that shed water away so that no rain could get between the rail and stone, to avoid damage from water freezing in winter. I wish I could post pictures. He also repointed our chimney and cleaned our gutters. I am very pleased with their professionalism. They left the property clean and tidy on their departure. I highly recommend them for doing quality work at a reasonable price!"

"I hired Val to install a drywall ceiling and install recessed lights in a three-season room in my home and retained him for various other remodeling projects. He also installed drywall in the basement, replaced an exterior fireproof door, cut through with concrete saw / framing, refinished cinder block wall with mesh / cement, painted walls, painted cement floor, power-washed chimney, filled gaps with mortar. He is very knowledgeable, does great work and is very detail oriented. "They responded quickly to my request. They came out and gave me a full quote that was reasonably priced. Quickly they came out and removed my old driveway, including removing a cracked cement area and making it smooth and straight, rather than oscillating. They then did a good job laying a stone base and installing Belgian blocks. A few days later they came out and installed the asphalt. They made sure it was evenly spread and smooth. No complaints."
