"We hired Val to repair our kitchen ceiling which was damaged from a bathroom leak directly upstairs and to install a new bathroom floor. We left it up to him to pick out a suitable color for the floor tiles, and he installed tiles that were a perfect match for the room decor. He also, at no additional charge, cleaned up the old caulk around the tub and recaulked it. While he was there, we also had him recap our chimney and replace the old faucet stems in the bathtub. All in all, his crew showed up on time, accomodated our special needs and did an excellent job. We are keeping his contact info for any future jobs we may need to have done."

"Mitat and Val, father and son, were very respectful and professional. Before beginning work, they clearly outlined what they would repair and how the repair would be done. They worked diligently to install a new floor in the kitchen cabinet under the sink following some very extensive water damage and rotting, replaced broken hinges in several kitchen cabinets, adjusted several window blind brackets that had been poorly installed, hung new shelves in the front hall closet and performed some much needed painting in various locations in the home. They worked diligently and continuously to ensure the work was performed properly, consulting us to ensure that their work would meet our expectations, all for a very fair price. He actually saved us money because he diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the shower door hinges, just the gasket. "Bill was very responsive to my inquiries and his price was reasonable compared to two other stone repairing companies I had contacted. My green marble floor was scratched up by the plumber I had hired to replace my toilet. See the before and after pictures. The scratches are gone and my marble floor is shiny and new again. Even the grout got cleaned up. Just a note, they don't accept credit card payments. I paid by check."
