I explained what I was seeking for cleaning my home and the owner agreed and actually offered more in their service! The quotation was reasonable and the cleaning date was settled and agreed upon. "This is our 2nd time working with wilder for chimney work. He came in and did a free inspection (after some pointers over the phone for our Smokey fireplace). The no pressure inspection Saturday morning (with my 2 year old son and 4 year old nephew basically over his shoulder) led to a cleaning for a very reasonable price and the fireplace far less smoke and manageable.
