For the first time in 35 years I found moss growing on my roof. I hired Chris Healy to remove the moss and clean my gutters. He did the job the very next morning – working for several hours in the hot sun – completely removing the moss and cleaning out the gutters and the associated downspouts. The roof was spotless. Great job.

Chris is personable as well as professional, and goes the extra mile to point out any areas that need attention and negotiate a fair price. He owns his own construction company, and so can do carpentry and other services as well. I highly recommend him.

Fast and efficient

Chris Healy was very efficient , timely, and upfront with costs. He contacted me right away and came over to assess the job (to seal the deck). He noted the weather was dry for the coming days and the deck was dry after a recent power washing, and was able to fit me in immediately. He noted several areas of rotted wood, and proved a skilled carpenter. He replaced one post entirely that was infested with termites. I threw some last-minute carpentry work at him, which he was very nice to do without having any notice. He was a very nice guy and I'd be happy to recommend him and work with him again.

Chris started the job soon after he gave me an estimate. He showed up when he said he was going to. Worked each day until the project was completed. His price was the same as his estimate and his work was exceptional. My wife commented that "he works really hard" which is spot on. I have already recommended him to friends.
