"TWF Construction did a great job and went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable. The dryer vent was very clogged. Explained why should be cleaned more often. I had a fire hazard. Dryer hose not on tight and lint had been escaping all around electric connections, wall, and floor. They took care of my issue. They were very polite. I would definitely call on them again for any duct, vent or chimney issues. Thank you."

"I hired Blankson for spring/fall landscaping/ cleanup, regular mowing, cleaning out under the deck, and staining the deck. Solomon has been great to deal with and very aggressive to gain the business. His prices are good and the work has been excellent to date. They started the work as promised and the communication of status is constant and takes into account my preferences. I feel like we are a team with the goal of making our yard the best it can be. "Travis was very knowledgeable, thorough, and neat! He explained the air duct cleaning process and discovered one of my air ducts in my living room floor had never been attached! This was a huge revelation as I have had a/c and heat leaking into my garage for years and years! He also discovered mold spores on two vent registers in my living room and explained what could and should be done to stop the mold! He was prepared to take care of it right then so knowing how serious mold is, I immediately agreed to the treatment Which involved a Botanical Disinfectant solution. He also told me the coils were dirty. I have a regular HVAC servicing contract but that company has never checked nor cleaned the coils! Again he was very thorough and I challenged him with my major lint dryer issue!! I tried to clean it on my own but after 20 years of neglect - I really jammed up the lint in the pipe! He persevered and unblocked the lint. Yes I would definitely hire him again to clean my air ducts and dryer vent! Past air duct cleaners have NEVER ever conducted such a thorough cleaning of each individual vent (qty 20) and 3 return vents! He also was willing to negotiate the price too! "As a new owner of the home, I contacted Livingston Fireplace Repair for a cleaning and inspection of my Gas Log Set since the set was more 12 years old and it appeared that the unit had not been cleaned for several years. Mike Livingston came into my home with protective floor covering and all the right tools. During the cleaning of the fireplace and gas log set, he pointed out to me that the set was not the right size for the unit and would not produce the heat that I was looking for. He proposed several new sets that I evaluated and selected one that would meet our needs. He worked with the supply folks from Suburban Propane to insure I had no leaks and a nice clean flow of Propane into the unit. He worked with me on three separate occasions from the cleaning right through to completion. He was always accommodating to my schedule. He is a true professional who knows how to get the job done."

"Matt Conde is the Batman of HVAC Experts! Not all superheroes wear capes or masks, but Matt is most definitely a hero in the eyes of my family. I say this because he was the one among dozens of HVAC service providers who answered the call late last Tuesday night when our AC decided to go on strike on the eve of a day slated for a triple-digit heat index. Matt arrived at our house at around 2 a.m. on Wednesday morning after having completed a job 40 minutes away. He performed a thorough cleaning on the unit, replaced a weak capacitor, and charged it up with coolant, and voila - our aging system was running like a dream and bringing the house down from a temp in the low 80s to a much more livable temp in the low 70s in short order. Matt was a consummate pro throughout...super polite and totally open, honest, and informative about the work being performed and why he was doing what he was doing. "The technician was not only on-time, he called me when he was 20 minutes out to assure me he was on the way. He had all of the necessary parts and equipment on his truck and was completely done with the project -- replacing the glass and seals of my gas fireplace -- within 45 minutes. While the old glass was removed, he cleaned the interior of the fireplace and replaced the old embers, neither of which was required by the contract. After putting the new glass and seals in place, he then tested to ensure no carbon monoxide was seeping into the house. The fireplace looks like it is brand new and it functions perfectly. I am totally satisfied with the job, and the price was very reasonable. The technician left details of a service program, but did not pressure me in any way to sign up. I strongly recommend Wammoth Services to anyone needing to have a gas fireplace serviced or repaired."

"Best Chimney Services LLC installed a stainless-steel flue liner and a cap/damper at the top of the chimney. The finished product, from the cap/damper at the top of the chimney, down the liner in the chimney to the firebox at the bottom is picture perfect. Even the concrete crown was perfectly molded with no concrete mess anywhere. Chris Hernandez and his helper arrived on time and got right to work, putting a big tarp on the hearth and surrounding floor and plastic over nearby furniture. Tarps were also spread on the roof. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, including vacuuming the area around the fireplace. Chris has a number of certifications regarding all aspects of fireplaces, flues, caps, dampers, etc. and can explain in understandable terms why things are done a certain way. He and his helper certainly know what they are doing and have obviously had experience doing it. A week or so before the actual work, a thorough inspection was done . . ."

"Great customer service! . Did a great job cleaning my gutters which hadn’t been done in 3+ years when my elderly mother lived here. He debunked the claim by others that the window screens had been sealed into the window panes & couldn’t be opened! Thinking this was dangerous in event of an emergency, someone cut a hole into them so I’d be able to get out! Mr. Soss will be replacing them , is going to recauk areas around my bathroom vanity & tub& will be painting my basement door. I trust him unlike others who did shoddy jobs!"
