These are all qualities that were consistently adhered to when working with Russell and his team at Total Renovating, LLC. Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. After an extensive search, we found Total Renovating , LLC and its owner, Russell. Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. "I highly recommend this company for its service, professionalism, and detail to workmanship. From start to finish, I felt like this company had our interests as customers at heart. It started with the president of the company calling to see if everything was starting on schedule and to our satisfaction. During the work, there were some problems, but they handled every single issue promptly, professionally, and to our total satisfaction. The materials and their choices were outstanding. The 2 bathrooms worked on look stunning. We had shower doors and a vanity installed and replaced in a guest bath, and in the master, we had a tub ripped out and a huge double shower installed alongside a linen/medicine closet and a double vanity installed. The early change to a new project manager, Alex, had a few bumps, but Alex worked hard to make sure that the initial bumps were overcome, and we were informed and the project was moving along the lines we had originally planned under his expert supervision.
