"I am very grateful to Robert and his staff at Signature Services Floor care and Cleaning. They helped me in my time of panic. I hired another company to clean my grout and tile. They were in my empty house 30 min. They left my tile with a chalk/fog film and what looked like spot marks on tile. I attempted to fix the problem for 5 days. In a panic I got on Home Advisors found Signature Services. Robert contacted me in less then 1 hour. I explained my situation. Robert juggled his busy schedule to come to the house that same day. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate about my fears of my ruined tile. He tested several tiles with his product. He wanted to make sure he could help me. This was a Wednesday I was flying out Friday and had furniture that was being delivered Monday. Robert again juggled his busy schedule to get my tile cleaned on Friday. "Live on 3rd floor condo with windows that haven t been washed in years due to landscaping preventing ladder accessibility. Without ladders Declan was able to clean windows with smooth brush, extension poles and his own purified water which he brings in canisters to avoid streaking. He also removed and replaced the screens inside before and after cleaning. Really enjoying our view with clean windows Highly recommended 5 plus stars "

"Received 4 quotes. 3 people came to my home, 1 wanted to be paid $98 to come out and hook up vacuum system then eval how much more it would cost. The man from Duct Depot came with tools in hand and a ladder, removed vents, took pictures of insides, etc. then showed me pictures of how they would cover everything before cleaning, exampled exactly what they would do in the process. Only one other opened up the A/C. Yes, they were the highest cost, but they performed.!"
