"Frank called back right away when I put in the service request. He came to the house shortly after he called. Frank took great care in removing the logs, protecting our carpet, and cleaning our fireplace and chimney. Afterward he rearranged the logs and embers, vacuumed up around the fireplace and lit everything up to make sure it worked and looked good. Great service! Will be calling Frank again next year!"
