"After a previous cleaning company did not perform the scope of cleaning for which they were hired as a gift to my daughter I needed someone quick to clean her home while she was out of town...a three day window of opportunity. I sought help through Angi and Francisca (Royal Cleaning) responded quickly, met me at the home to see the scope of the work and provide a bid. Her pricing is very reasonable and I hired her to come to clean 2 days later. She arrived with a partner and quickly got to work and did a great job! Bathrooms, bedrooms (made the bed in the master bedroom) , basement family room...vacuumed the large sectional sofa, folding blankets that the fam cuddle up with while watching TV, basement kitchenette with sink and counters, did the dishes left in the sink and displayed them on the counter in a very attractive way....a GREAT job and gift to my daughter! I plan to recommend her to my other family members and friends and to use her once a month in my home!"

We had to flex the schedule a couple time because of me, and he was always accommodating, He showed up right on time, worked longer than he had estimated he would have to, worked hard to keep things clean around the house, and went at it intensely to get the job done. "I would recommend Preston and Mallard Mechanical to anybody in the area looking to buy a new furnace/AC, or even just general HVAC maintenance. We closed on our house on a Friday with the AC not working and the furnace on its way out. We called Mallard Mechanical that morning and the equipment was ordered that same day and the install scheduled for the following Tuesday. The day of the install Preston was on site right on time and got our old AC and furnace torn out and the new system put in all in the same day. He was extremely professional and kept a VERY clean work site. He made sure to go over everything about the new system with my wife and I and even took care of setting up the city inspection for the new system. "I wanred brick specislists for an undesirable brick job. John was the first estimator who seemed to know all the details of the project by sight. When his two craftsman showed up, I knew I did good.
