Buyer beware. This was a terrible experience. I hired them for window cleaning and some pressure washing. They spilled a chemical on my concrete driveway that left a large bleach spot. They then sent some guys to clean the driveway but they said they did not have the right chemical to clean the rust spots that were left from the hard water. The company owner stopped returning my texts and calls. Now the driveway looks rusty with a large bleach spot.

Ultimately, I couldn't have had a worse experience. We hired this pro, and were scheduled for 2pm on a Thursday to have our windows cleaned. I texted the number given to me at 8am, confirming their predicted arrival time. They responded confirming 2pm. At 1:45pm, I texted asking them to text when they arrived. They said they would, and would be there within the hour. at 3:15pm, I texted again to check on their ETA. They responded that they would be there within the hour, again. I then got a text at 3:30pm stating that they wouldn't be at the site until 5pm. At 5:30pm, still no-one had shown up. I then reached out to call them to find out that they had no idea when anyone would be able to show up and asked to reschedule. At this point, I had been home waiting for them to show up to the job site for over 3.5 hours, and based on that waste of time, chose not to reschedule. I would not recommend hiring this company.

really good fast and efficience

We hired Crystl to clean our roof, windows, siding and gutters. The most important piece to this job for me to get done was the roof and gutters - we just added the other items because they would be here. I communicated in advance my concerns to ensure proper equipment/chemicals were used on my metal roof - steel shingles. (not standing seam). They came and did the job - when they were done the roof looked worse. Still had moss on it and black streaks in the areas they cleaned. They also only cleaned what they could "reach" because they didn't bring equipment to go on the roof. I held off on paying until I had the roof looked at to ensure there was no damage. It appeared they didn't clean it well. I spoke with Parker, and we agreed I would pay for the items he did so he could get the guys paid - which tells me its a new small company very young - so I understood that. Communication was great up until I paid him. He said he would send his crew back out 3 days later (he gave me a date) to redo the roof, I told him I would be fine with them just focusing on the one side that really needed it. Once he got paid, he stopped communicating. I would recommend using a more reputable company where you can be sure that even if there is an issue, cause let's face it - things happen, that you are working with a company that values their work and their customers and will at the very least communicate. Clearly, he did not want to send his crew back to redo the roof, but to just not show up or communicate is extremely unprofessional. I don't think he had any intention of sending his guys back to redo the job, especially since he was very pleasant and communicated well literally up until he received payment.

The guys working at Crystl came in and did all my windows, screens, and sills for a fraction of the price I used to pay with the old company we were contracted with. The windows came out real nice and the communication and scheduling process was simple. Will definitely be doing our windows again with them in the future!
