"My home needed significant repairs of exterior wood trim around windows, doors, facia board under gutters, and various corner boards on this older home. I wanted this trim replaced with PVC trim to reduce future maintenance. I selected AJF Construction to perform the work based on their excellent reviews. I got a prompt call from Anthony Fiore of AJF Construction who inspected my home, provided his estimate and schedule to complete the repairs. Anthony kept in contact prior to starting the work and commenced the work at the agreed date. Anthony is very experienced, personable, and unflustered by the challenges of an older home. He completed all the required repairs, cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. and removed all debris at the completion of the project. Anthony's work is of high quality and reasonably priced. I am completely satisfied with the work performed by AJF Construction and would definitely hire Anthony again."

"This company is great! They did an amazing job repairing and repainting my front porch. I followed up with hiring them to do additional tasks including, roofing, vinyl siding repair, storm door installation, fence repair and hedge stump removal. "I had ice dam damage in a bathroom wall. I needed the wall and insulation replaced. American Construction first covered the work area so as to minimize dust and dirt, including laying down a roll of paper to the front door to act as a matt. Then they set to work. The job was very professional and clean. I was very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them."

"We had Derek come out to replace some rotted wood trim around our windows and doors. He was great. I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). Derek is very communicative, easy to work with and transparent about materials and cost. He was super friendly, always on time, and sent updates with pictures about how the job was going. He looked at other places around the house as well, that might need repairs first, as we were looking to paint the house later this summer. We have him coming back in a few weeks to finish the recommendations made. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him."

"Mr. Terry was awesome! This is my first review I am writing. I felt I needed to write something as his work was so outstanding. He repaired 16 windows and did it beautifully. Marvin's quoted over $40K!! He was able to do what was needed for much much less. He was honest, professional, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Miles above the window brand quotes which are ridiculous. Would strongly recommend if you need any window repairs!!!"

"This may be my 3rd or 4th review, I lost track but the job results don't change. Chris and his staff are consummate professionals. He's a busy guy, so you may have to wait a while to get your work done, but he won't lie to you about time, and having the job done right the first time is well worth the wait.
