"I love love my new deck. It is now better than when it was originally built. The stairs were rotting out and new stairs replaced them. Half of the flooring was replaced as well as top of railing. All the folks I dealt with were very professional, friendly and easy to work with. The person who gave the bid was great. The guys that built the deck knew what they were doing. "Chase and his team at Anyvision did a fantastic job with remodeling a house that we just purchased. We were looking to close off a room at the top of our back stairs to make a an extra bedroom, as well as repaint a few rooms and paint a built in desk, mudroom lockers, and railing. They made it look like all the remodel work was part of the original build of the house. Seamless. Chase was committed to perfection and checked in with us every step along the way. "HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"I can't say enough about our whole experience with Value Max Construction. The quality of their work is exceptional. They did more than I had expected and paid attention to every detail. They were careful with areas surrounding the several projects that they completed for us. They painted 40 year old cabinets in two bathrooms, painted iron railings, painted five rooms, installed and painted baseboards and trim in several rooms. They were punctual, did not inconvenience us, and they work efficiently. We look forward to having them do more projects in the future."

He fixed it with caulking that will last until I have the window clad. And he did not charge me for anything! wonderful representative of his company. I can't give him!"
