this was a bathroom remodel, rebuild, painting the whole house, carpeting, replacing all the trim in the house they were efficient, more than capable and excellent in communication

I can not say enough good things about Martin, Jessy & their crew. Their respect for our time, space and project were second to none and their creative thinking to fix up our 1971 rambler thatâ s not exactly standard was amazing! We really appreciate them and will be hiring the.m again for our upcoming bathroom remodel.

These guys are great and get extra marks for being patient with a crappy insurance company. Willing to work with us on a weird timeline. Communication for the duration of the project was reliable. Didn't take very long to redo my entire kitchen once they got rolling. Only holdup wasn't even their fault. 5 out of 5 and am planning to hire them again.

There are very few words I have for Roma. I have few words because I cannot simply convey how appreciative I am for this contracting company. For a more lengthy explanation, please see the below review. Our story: I had a extensive first floor flood through the kitchen, living room, and dining room in March 2022 and when my husband and I started our journey on finding a reliable, hardworking company willing to work with insurance, very few were willing to work us. Out of 10 calls, 3 called back and 2 were cash only. Roma was thorough and transparent from the very beginning. Even when the insurance company (a military provided company), made Roma resubmit their bid THREE times including pictures by the square foot, they never stopped working with us despite the frustration it could have caused them and a ridiculous four month back and forth delay. The end result was worth the wait and frustration because we ended up with the most beautiful living space because of Roma! From working with Leslie for optimal room designs, Jessy and Martin in project management, Maria and Jackie in the office, my husband and I never felt alone in conquering our unexpected house project. Despite it being such a stressful and emotionally draining experience, working with Roma never contributed to that feeling because they treated me and my husband so kindly. Theyâ ve been incredibly professional, communicative, and personable. I canâ t say the same for my insurance company who explicitly says they support active duty military members and their families, and yet, was only willing to work with us for 50% and even that was extremely generous on the insurance end. So again, I have very few words for Roma however, if there is ever a company to work with, they are the ones to do any project from small to large. Insurance or on your own because they will never make you feel like you deserved their business, but that they deserved yours and you are a part of an amazing vision to make your home feel like yours. My words are my own and I received zero discounts/compensation for this review. In fact, I paid pretty good money thanks to the military insurance coverage for the ability to work with this company, but I donâ t have any qualms with Roma. My first floor has been transformed into a beautiful area that Iâ m so proud to have. It would make me so happy to be a positive influence to those who are making a tough decision on who to trust for such a tenuous task or simply researching for initial prospects. Roma General Contracting is the company to go with and I can speak to the functionality of their creation. Thank you Roma team! You all are amazing and each team member is incredibly appreciated!

Roma renovated an entire floor in our home which included a complete kitchen and turned two bedrooms into a master suite. Martin the contractor, Leslie the designer and Daniel and Martin all worked very hard and had our best interest in mind. Martin went out of his way to accommodate my OCD and keep everything pleasing to the eye, Leslie came up with great solutions to turn an awkward kitchen layout into my dream kitchen and create a relaxing master suite retreat. Daniel and Martin cannot say enough good things about them. They were awesome from start to finish. Jessie came in towards the end of the project and was very professional and helpful as well. The only negative is that communication could be improved on. We would recommend them for any project. Roma was really easy to work with. Outside of a few issues out of anyones control, they were dependable and reliable. We are very pleased with the results and would hire them again in the future for other projects. In particular, Martin, Daniel, and Leslie were outstanding.

Martin and team was fast, through and professional. They communicated any changes and gave us options to improve the space over time. I will use them again for a bathroom remodel.
